LAX to Paris

We left LA on Thursday and arrived in Paris on Friday the 27th. We hoped on the Metro and went in and explored the city. The next day we went outside Paris to the Palace of Versailles. We then went to the Eiffel Tower and walked the 700 steps to the 2nd floor of the Tower for a great view of the city...regardless of the rain. We then walked to the Arc de Triomphe before heading to dinner to a sushi bar. Off to Biarritz and St Jean pied de port in the morning to start the hike.

Ben Graduates

In celebration of Ben's graduation and Tim's retirement from the "G", we came upon the idea several years ago to hike 500 miles across Northern Spain. Why you ask? We have no idea. But it should be fun.....we hope!
