Castrojeriz to Ledigos

Got on the road out of Castraojeriz about 8:30 am and biked over 46 miles in about 8 hours. We started today by climbing (pushing the bikes) up nearly 1000 feet right outside Castraojeriz. We made today what 3 days of hiking would produce. We are exhausted. Every muscle hurts and we are both cramping up even though we must have drank a couple gallons of water. It was over 100 degrees today. We will be so glad to get off the bikes. We saw Stevie who today in the morning and making good time by leaving early in the morning. We also saw Harry who said they are walking at night to avoid the heat. Posting pictures which shows a whole lot of nothing. Have to do another 45-50 miles tomorrow where we drop these bikes off.
